Herbert Berghoff, founder of HJB Management, began his career with Price Waterhouse. After several years, he became the Chief Internal Auditor of a major bank. He then spent several years in private accounting before starting his own CPA firm. After selling his firm, to explore other opportunities, he realized that Public Accounting was his passion. He then founded HJB Management, growing the firm from the ground up. After growing the firm to a significant size, he then partnered with Stephen Kang. With Stephen coming aboard as an equity partner, he was instrumental in growing the firm exponentially to where we see it today.  

The goal of the firm is treating all our clients with the utmost respect and care. We approach all aspects of our client business and personal needs as if they were our own. Our clients are considered part of the Berghoff Management family.
